I don't cheat my employees, I pay all their benefits - Nduom responds to critics

Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom's Groupe Nduom has been at the central of a growing rumor that workers at the numerous companies operated under the conglomerate were usually underpaid. Many social media users often take to their profiles to slam the head of the Progressive People's Party calling him hypocritical when he made statements against corruption in politics. According to most of them, if the one-time presidential candidate could not treat workers in his own company well, there was no way, when voted into power, Dr. Nduom would make a good president
In a similar fashion, a social media user, Julius Ackaah Gabriel, commented on a post on the official Facebook page of Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom. Nduom, in his original post, had called out the New Patriotic Party, on what he termed as a waste of time to "mark" history books as Ghanaians suffered and wallowed in hunger and thirst. However, Julius Ackaah Gabriel, commented saying that the PPP lead was no better than the people he was criticising. In his comment, the user complained that Nduom was "exploiting those he has employed and...is building empires through the
sweat of his poor workers". Ackaah Gabriel likened that behaviour to what was being meted out to Ghanaian by politicians as described in Papa Nduom's original post. "A nation builder doesn't take advantage of the situation and cheat the disadvantaged", he concluded, to wit, calling out Nduom as one who doesn't have the goodwill of Ghanaians at heart. The politicians was, however, quick to reply to the accusations and refute the claims. In his response, Nduom called Julius Ackaah Gabriel a liar, asking if he worked at any of the companies run by Groupe Nduom. Papa Kwesi Nduom stated that he is not a "cheating employer" as he provides " health insurance, life insurance, private pension, and other benefits to all employees".
