Five time World Cup champions Brazil
were dumped out of this year's FIFA World Cup in Russia after losing 2-1 to
Belgium in their quarterfinal clash on Friday, July 6. An own goal from
Fernandinho and Kevin De Bruyne ensured the Red Devils reach the semi finals of
the tournament while Renato Augusto's equaliser was a mere consolation.

However, the fans of the south
American team were unimpressed with the performance of their team in that game
as they rained stones on their bus on their return home over the weekend
Despite crashing out in a
disgraceful way at the last four stage in in 2014, but were tipped as one of
the favourites to win this year's edition. Coach Tite's men started their
campaign on a shaky note but got better as the competition progressed, but
couldn't handle the Belgians in their last eight stage.
Belgium are through to the semifinal

at the Kazan Arena. An own goal from Manchester City's Fernandinho gave the Red
Devils the lead in the 13th minute before his fellow club teammate, Kevin De
Bruyne fired a thunderous shot to the left corner of Alisson's goal post to
keep them two goals up in the first half.
