Breaking: 'Don't Shut The Doors To Future Collaborations' - Peter Obi Sends Message To Supporters

The presidential candidate of the Labor Party (LP), Peter Obi, has approached his allies to be lenient toward others' perspectives and different conclusions.

The previous Anambra State governor offered the guidance in a post on his Twitter account on Sunday evening.

This publication reports that numerous people have continually approached the presidential candidate to ask his allies to quit offending them.

Numerous people in the All Progressives Congress (APC), Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and those perceived to be against the aspiration of Peter Obi have been scrutinized by his allies, essentially via social media.

Legitimizing their activities, the previous governor's allies expressed that the ruling APC had participated in additional despicable and disruptive obnoxious ambushes on the government of Ex-president Goodluck Jonathan in 2014 before assuming control over power.

Be that as it may, in a post on Sunday, Peter Obi encouraged his allies not to close the way to future coordinated effort.

He expressed: " I sincerely thank my supporters for believing in me and my commitment to building a united, secure, and well-functioning Nigeria.

“However, I appeal once more that we should be tolerant of other people’s views, dissent, and divergent opinions and possibly learn from them.

“While the frustration and anger in the country is understandable, we must strive to channel that energy positively in ways that will earn the support and collaboration of others.

“Even as our message continues to gain broad acceptance, there are some we still need to work to convince.

“In expressing ourselves, we should do so with grace so as not to precipitately shut doors to future collaborations on sustainable nation-building.”
