After 24 hours of nonstop attacks on Kyiv, Ukraine executes a massive drone attack on Moscow (video).
After Russia conducted its third attack on Kyiv in 24 hours, Ukraine launched multiple drone attacks on Russia's capital, Moscow, striking several structures.
According to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, two persons required medical help following the drone strike on the Russian capital, but none were critically harmed.
According to Russia's RIA state news agency, several occupants of a building on Profsoyuznaya Street in the city's south were evacuated as of Tuesday morning, May 30.
Without specifying sources, a pro-Kremlin television broadcaster stated that the attack involved approximately 25 unmanned aircraft.
The governor of the Moscow region, Andrei Vorobyov, stated on Telegram that several drones were shot down as they approached the Russian city.
“The attack was massive, came from different directions, in several waves,” Serhiy Popko, head of Kyiv’s military administration, said on the Telegram.
“This morning, the Kyiv regime launched a terrorist drone attack on targets in the city of Moscow,” the defence ministry said.
“Three of them were suppressed by electronic warfare, lost control and deviated from their intended targets. Another five drones were shot down by the Pantsir-S surface-to-air missile system in the Moscow region,” it said.
