Emdee Tiamiyu, a Nigerian YouTuber, has apologized after being dragged over an interview he gave to the BBC in which he stated that many Nigerians come to the UK to study but soon quit their studies to pursue a better life.

The YouTuber, who apologized to individuals who were offended by the comments he made in the BBC interview, stated that he granted the interview to emphasize the frustrations that the Black community shares.

He further stated that those who know him personally know he has no ulterior agenda. Tiamiyu also stated that he decided to apologize after much thought and without a script.
