Andrew and Tristan Tate Arrested by U.S. Marshals, Face New UK Rape and Trafficking Charges

Controversial social media personalities Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate have been arrested in Miami, Florida, by the U.S. Marshals Service following a request from British authorities. With the new allegations, the brothers now face 59 criminal charges in the UK in total—42 against Andrew Tate and 17 against Tristan Tate.

Arrested in Miami

The U.S. Marshals Service confirmed that the brothers were taken into custody in Miami on Saturday, July 18, under a sealed warrant connected to the UK's extradition request.

Authorities have not publicly disclosed further details about the U.S. proceedings, as the extradition process is now expected to move through the American courts.

Ongoing International Legal Cases

The Tate brothers have been at the center of multiple legal investigations in recent years.
