c.Ronaldo reveals why he’s growing a goatee beard at the World Cup

The Real Madrid super star was sporting his new facial hair for Portugal’s clash against Morocco on Tuesday.
And Ronaldo was on target once again as his strike secured Portugal’s first victory of the tournament, while the 33-year-old is now favourite to win the Golden Boot with four goals at the World Cup so far.
After Portugal’s 1-0 win, when asked about his new goatee Ronaldo said ;

‘This goatee? It’s a joke I had with [Ricardo] Quaresma,’ said Ronaldo.

‘We were in the sauna and I started to shave and I left the goatee.

‘I said if I score tomorrow [against Spain] I would leave it for the rest of the tournament.

‘And it gave me luck, I scored that game, I scored this one, so it stays.’
