Story How Amissah Arthur escaped death in 2017

It will surprise you to know that the late former vice president of the republic, Amissah Arthur, escaped death a year ago after his convoy experienced an accident during his trips in 2017. His convoy at Gomoa Adams, near Nsakyire Junction on the Winneba-Cape Coast highway, crashed into one of the black SUVs in the vice-president’s convoy, causing it to somersault several times.

The car eventually rolled over and landed on its back in a bush, reports claimed. Four people were injured in the accident. The vice-president, who escaped unhurt, was said to be heading to Dominase for the 20th-anniversary celebration of Nana Kwebu Ewusia. But his escape from the icy hands of death never was not survived this time around after collapsing at the Airforce gym in the morning of Friday, June 29. Paa Kwesi Amissah Arthur was the former vice president of Ghana under the erstwhile Mahama administration. Paa Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur was born on 29 April 1951.
