Labour Party factional leader, Lamidi Apapa, fights over seat in court (video)
Lamidi Apapa, a Labour Party factional leader, was spotted fighting for a seat in court today, May 17.
Since the presidential election was finished, Apapa has been attempting to take over the party's leadership. Last week, Apapa received a favorable court decision pending the outcome of the party's leadership lawsuit by a federal high court.
He was seen pushing for seats reserved by party members in court this morning.
He was reportedly confronting Akin Osuntokun, the director general of Peter Obi's presidential campaign committee, and other individuals at the Presidential Election Petition Court in Abuja, according to eyewitnesses.
